Our services are based in the following principles:

• We only offer flats or apartments located in places that are interesting to the tourist as well as the business person. • They all are in secure neighborhoods, easy to reach and near such services as restaurants, cafeterias, drugstores, Internet centers and supermarkets.

• All are tastely decorated and confortable.

• They all have:
Telephone
TV
Equipped kitchen
Sheets and towels
Heating and air conditioning (unless indicated otherwise)
No utility bills.
Internet access and cable TV (unless indicated otherwise).

• Our apartments are throughly cleaned on your arrival. We also offer optional maid service. • Our prices are competitive with regards to rental offers in the same areas.

At BA-HomeSearch, clients get a personal treatment. We are always available, ready to help and give the necessary information to make your stay more pleasant.

How to carry out a temporary rent:

You make a reservation by e-mail or phone (011) 4811-7371.

We will answer your request within 48 to 72 hours. We will offer more information, and confirm the availability and price of the chosen apartment. To make a reservation, you have to be at least 21 years of age (or have an older representative in case of being underage).

We confirm the reservation (by phone or e-mail) once we receive the 20 per cent of the rent.

Form of payment
Upon arrival, you have to pay the rest of the rent and the deposit in cash, in American dollars or euros.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, we do not refund the reservation, under any circunstance.

In case you have to shorten your stay, under no circunstance are we able to return the amount payed for the whole period.

Extending your stay
If you wish to stay for a longer period of time, please let us know at least 72 hours before the end of the rented period. This may not be possible as it remains subject to the availability of the apartment. If it is not available, BA-HomeSearch will try to relocate you at another home of similar characteristics and comfort.
