1 - What is BA-Homesearch?
BA-HomeSearch specializes in renting apartments for
short stays at the best locations in Buenos Aires. [back]
2 - Which is
the minimum amount of time for renting?
The minimum amount of time for a rent is generally one
week. Even if you stay less, you will be charged for a
full week. There is no a maximum time for renting
although all the reservations are subject to the
availability of the apartments. [back]

How are reservations made? In order to
make a reservation you must:
1. Select the apartment of your interest.
2. Verify that it is available on the date you wish.
3. Make the reservation by e-mail or telephone: (+5411)
4811-7371.
4. Confirm that reservation by paying a deposit (20% of
the rent). Once we receive the payment, we will confirm
it within 24 hours.
All our prices are in American dollars. You can pay
through Western Union . Remember to send us the number
by e-mail or telephone: (+5411) 4811-7371. The
reservation will not be guaranteed until that payment is
received.

When and how do I pay the rest
of the rent? The remaining amount will
have to be paid on arrival at the apartment. It must be
paid in American dollars or euros. [back]
5 - Do I need
to pay a security deposit? Yes. On arrival,
you must pay a security deposit in dollars or euros. The
amount is set according to the period rented (one week,
two weeks, a month…). This deposit will be retained
during your stay and it will be returned when you leave
if there are no pending debts such as additional
cleaning or damages at the apartment.[back]
6 - When and how do I obtain the keys of the apartment?
One of our agents will meet you at the apartment to
check you in. When you make the reservation, please
indicate an estimated time of arrival to the airport and
flight number.[back]
7 - How long
does it take from landing at the airport to my arrival
at the apartment? In normal conditions,
it takes about an hour and a half to two hours.
Transport service in Buenos Aires is very effective, but
you have the option to come from the airport in a
taxicab. If you wish, we can send someone to pick you
up.[back]
8 - Is there a
set time for the arrival or the exit from the apartment?
The apartment will be available from 8AM to 9 PM on
weekdays, and from 8AM to 1PM on Saturdays. If you need
to arrive or check out at another time, please let us
know in advance to see if it is possible.[back]
9 - Is there an
extra charge for electricity, gas or water?
No, there are not extra charges for
utilities.[back]
10 - Are
apartments cleaned? The apartment is
cleaned previous to your arrival. Maid service is
optional. Please remember that on departure you must
leave the apartment clean. Otherwise, there will be a
surcharge. [back]
11 - Are there
sheets and towels in the apartment? Yes,
all have sheets and towels. [back]
12 - What
happens if I break something? You will
have to take responsibility for any damage.[back]

What if I need additional
information during my stay? If you need
any additional information, please call us during office
hours (4811-7371). Outside office hours you may also
contact us in case of an emergency.[back]

make international calls or calls to a cell phone ?
If you wish to make international calls or calls to a
cell phone, you will have to buy a telephone card
readily available at any convenience store.[back]
15 - Is there
Internet connection? All our apartments
have Internet connection unless it is otherwise
indicated.[back]
16 - What
Information does the owner need?
The owners have the last word on
admission. You have to give your name and passport
number of all the members of your party staying at the
